In most asian cuisines, use ginger for flavour in stir fries, salads, soups and marinades. Add to food at the end of cooking as ginger loses its flavour the longer it cooks.

KD Healthy Food’s Frozen Ginger is IQF frozen ginger diced sterilized, IQF frozen ginger diced blanched, IQF frozen ginger puree Cube. Ginger diced is about 4*4mm and puree cube is 20g each piece. Frozen gingers are quick-frozen by fresh ginger, no any additives, and keeping its fresh characteristic taste and nutrition. In most asian cuisines, use ginger for flavour in stir fries, salads, soups and marinades. Besides carbohydrate, protein, vitamins and minerals, it contains a lot of gingerol, Vanillylacetone, zingerone, ginger alcohol etc. So it is widely used in food and medicine industry.

Processing Introduction

-Collect the fresh ginger from own planting bases and contacted bases.
-To remove the damaged or defective material and then process without any impurities.
-To process it under food system control of HACCP.
-QC team supervisions the whole process.
-If all the processing procedure goes well without any problem then to pack the products accordingly.
-To keep it stored in -18 degree.
